Banana Flower Sambal

Ingredients 

300g Banana Flower
40g Red Onion
40g Tomato Sliced
01 cup Vegetable Oil
03g Turmeric Powder
03 nos Green Chili Sliced
01 tsp Crushed Maldives Fish
01 tsp Lemon Juice
05g Salt


Method

  1. Thinly slice banana flower
  2. Cover with turmeric and saltwater
  3. Drain the water & fry in oil until golden brown
  4. Add onion, Maldives fish, green chili & lemon juice & salt
  5. Mix well and add sliced tomato

Tips

  • As soon as you slice the banana flower dip in turmeric & saltwater for 15 minutes, otherwise, the banana flower will get the dark color
