Biling Pickle
Ingredients
300g Dried Bilin
100g Green Chili
150g Red Onion
80g Mustard Seeds
02 cup White Vinegar
02 tsp Dried Shrimps
01 tsp Crushed Pepper
02 tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
01 cup Vegetable Oil
05g Salt

Method
- Half-cut the green chili without separate into two
- Wash and remove the sand from the dried shrimps
- Clean the red onion
- Lightly fry the onion & green chili in hot oil
- Keep aside to drain the oil
- Fry dried shrimps & bring in oil for 03 minutes
- Then grind sugar, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric & crushed pepper with vinegar
- Combine all the ingredients salt to taste
- Keep the pickle mixture in an airtight container for 02 days & use
Tips
- Use one spoon for serving the pickle.
- Also, the spoon should be clean and dried. Otherwise, pickle will form fungus.
