Biling Pickle


300g Dried Bilin
100g Green Chili
150g Red Onion
80g Mustard Seeds
02 cup White Vinegar
02 tsp Dried Shrimps
01 tsp Crushed Pepper
02 tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
01 cup Vegetable Oil
05g Salt


  1. Half-cut the green chili without separate into two
  2. Wash and remove the sand from the dried shrimps
  3. Clean the red onion
  4. Lightly fry the onion & green chili in hot oil
  5. Keep aside to drain the oil
  6. Fry dried shrimps & bring in oil for 03 minutes
  7. Then grind sugar, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric & crushed pepper with vinegar
  8. Combine all the ingredients salt to taste
  9. Keep the pickle mixture in an airtight container for 02 days & use


  • Use one spoon for serving the pickle.
  • Also, the spoon should be clean and dried. Otherwise, pickle will form fungus.
