Cardarmom & Cinnamon Curry


500g Chicken Cut Into Curry Size Pieces
02g Cardamom Crushed
02g Cardroom Crushed
03g Rampe
03g Curry Leaves
10g Onion
10g Garlic
05g Ginger
05g Goraka
03g Turmeric Powder
10g Chili Powder
10g Curry Powder
05g Crushed Pepper
03g Chopped Lemon Grass
02 Cup 2nd Extract Coconut Milk
01 Cup 01st Extract Coconut Milk
05g Salt


  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, goraka, & rest for 01 hour
  2. Heat the oil in a pan & add curry leaves, rampe, cardamom, cinnamon, onion, garlic & ginger
  3. Add marinated chicken, lemon grass, crushed pepper, cook in 2nd extract coconut milk for 30 minutes
  4. To make the curry thick add 1st extract coconut milk & cook another 10 minutes
  5. Add salt to taste
