Cinnamon Flavored Pineapple Curry


01nos Raw Pineapple
40g Red Onion Cut Into Four
02tsp Curry Powder
1/2tsp Chili Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
03nos Green Chili Sliced
03g Pandanus (Rampe)
03g Cinnamon Sticks Crushed
03g Curry Leaves
01cup 01st Extract Coconut Milk
02cups 2nd Extract Coconut Milk
02cup Vegetable Oil
1tsp Maldives Fish


  1. Clean the pineapple skin and cut it into four
  2. Remove the middle hard part & cut it into 01-inch cubes
  3. Heat the oil
  4. Add curry leaves, Pandanus (rampe), onion, cinnamon, curry powder, turmeric powder & chili powder
  5. Fry for 03minutes& add 2nd extract of coconut milk
  6. Then add pineapple & cook until getting tender without getting overcook
  7. Reduce the curry & add 1st extract coconut milk & cook another 05 minutes
  8. Add salt to taste


  • For curry always use raw pineapple
  • When we cook in milk it will get overcook & it will be the sweet taste
