As per the doctors directions, a client can take part in three of the below activities for a day,
- Ayurveda doctor consultation. (Minimum of 4 times per week)
- Head Massage(‘Shiro Abhyanga’) – 15min
- Foot Massage(‘Pãda Abhyanga’)and Foot Bath(Pãda Avagaha) – 30min
- Face Massage(‘Vaktra Abhyanga’) – 15min
- Full Body Massage(‘Shareera Abhyanga’) – 60min
- Shirodhara – 60min
- Other dhãra karma (According to the body condition of client)
- Akshi Tharpana – 30min (3 Times)
- Herbal Steam Bath
- ‘Anthra Shodhana’ – Special Treatment for cleansing the intestine.
